   • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Custom or personalized rosaries.
   • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
   • Gift cards.

3. Refunds

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
   • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to process once we have received the returned item.

4. Return Shipping

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
